For Employees
Your dog is a mobility aid, not a pet. You have a legal right to bring them. Offer to discuss a "toileting plan" for the dog.
For Employers
You cannot refuse a guide dog unless it creates a genuine safety risk (e.g. sterile kitchen). Discomfort or "no dogs policy" is not a valid reason.
