Time off for treatment is disability leave.

Chemo dates change. Ask for this to be recorded as "Disability Leave" not generic "Sick Leave" so it doesn't trigger disciplinary thresholds.

For Employers

Do not count cancer treatment towards widespread absence triggers. This is a protected characteristic. Be maximally flexible.
