The Concept

Job Crafting is informally tweaking a role.

  • Old Way: “You must do 50% Admin, 50% Sales.”
  • Crafting: “I am great at Sales, bad at Admin. Colleague B is great at Admin, hates Sales. Can we swap duties?”

Why it works

It’s a win-win. The employer gets better output from both. It’s often easier to agree to than a formal “Reasonable Adjustment” because it feels like a productivity hack.
