Reasonable Adjustments
- “Cameras Off” Default: Asking permission to keep camera off unless speaking.
- Avatar/Blur: Using a static avatar.
- Hide Self View: Most apps allow you to hide your own face from your screen while others can still see you. This solves the self-monitoring anxiety.
Unreasonable Refusal
Refusing to turn it on for a client pitch or ID verification is likely unreasonable. Context matters.
